Unlike many traditional public accounting firms that push their employees to burnout with unrealistic billable hours expectations, 20-20 Accounting Solutions truly cares about the wellbeing and work-life balance of its team. As an employee at 20-20, I have found an environment that promotes a healthy work-life integration rather than the traditional “grind it out” culture you see at some firms. At 20-20, there is an understanding that we all have lives, families, and interests outside of work. The partners actively encourage employees to set boundaries and don't expect us to work excessive overtime or weekends unless it's absolutely necessary.


I also appreciate that 20-20 allows and encourages employees to take on special projects outside our core job duties if we are passionate about them. Whether it's developing new company initiatives, getting involved in recruiting efforts, community involvement, 20-20 wants us to grow and develop personally and professionally. The partners truly believe that happy, well-rounded employees do their best work which ultimately benefits the clients.


At 20-20, there is a real sense of work-life harmony. I feel energized and engaged in my work because I'm not burnt out. For once, I don't feel like I need to choose between having a career I love and having a life I love. The culture, policies, and attitudes at 20-20 Accounting Solutions make me excited to come to work each day while still having time and energy for my family and personal interests. It's the best of both worlds.
